Craig keeps on running!

We would likCraig running the half marathone to extend our warmest congratulations to Craig Parker, the head of our department, for recently completing the Sheffield Half Marathon. It is no small feat to run 13.1 miles, and we are proud of his determination and perseverance. Although he had hoped for a sub 2 hour time, we are still impressed that he completed the race in just over 2 hours and 6 minutes. Running a half marathon is a true test of physical and mental strength, and Craig should be proud of his achievement.

Craig’s experience during the race was not without its challenges. He mentioned that the worst part of the race was being overtaken by two giant Minions at the 9.5 mile mark! Despite this setback, Craig persevered and completed the race. We cannot imagine how difficult it must have been to run over 13 miles, but we are proud of his determination and resilience.

In the photo that Craig shared with us, he looks relatively pain-free. He mentioned that this photo was takenduring the downhill part of the course, which probably explains why he looks so calm and collected. We are grateful to have Craig on our team, and we look forward to seeing what other accomplishments he will achieve in the future
