What is something your clients have to deal with that you want to fix?
I would get all congestion charges in city centres scrapped for all public and private hire vehicles
What do you do at Jenkinson Insurance?
I have worked in the taxi department since May 2013. I started as an account handler responsible for administration tasks before graduating to account manager. My role now includes obtaining quotes for both single taxis and fleets and making sure clients get the service levels that we pride ourselves on
What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position?
I previously worked for a personal lines insurance broker offering private car insurance which gave me an understanding of motor insurance in general.
What do you like about working at Jenkinson Insurance?
I really enjoy the appreciation clients have when we are able to save them money.
What are the values that drive you?
Honesty and hard work.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I love taking my basset hounds Shirley and Walter on long countryside walks. I am also a season ticket holder at Rotherham Utd and follow them to as many away games as I can.
