What do you do at Jenkinson Insurance?
I am the newest member of the team, having moved into the taxi department from our commercial office. My responsibilities include processing fleet adjustments and updating the Motor Insurance Database along with handling incoming phone calls and processing policy adjustments and payments.
What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position?
I had several customer facing roles prior to working here which has made me feel confident in talking to customers both face to face and on the phone.
