Anything by Simon Kernick, Scott Mariani’s Ben Hope series and Stephen Leather’s Jack Nightingale.
What is something your clients have to deal with that you want to fix?
Would be so much easier to have a national taxi licensing standard rather than the fractured system drivers have to put up with these days.
What do you do at Jenkinson Insurance?
As department head my role is the supervision of the staff, the delegation of the workload and making sure all procedures are correctly followed.
What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position?
I have been working in insurance for over 25 years, and concentrating solely on taxi insurance since 2002.
What do you like about working at Jenkinson Insurance?
I like that no two days are exactly the same and really enjoy getting to know clients and building relationships that have turned into friendships.
What are the values that drive you?
In work customer satisfaction, outside of work my family is my world.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I enjoy reading and love running. You will find me at Parkrun most Saturday mornings and I recently completed my first half marathon distance.
What are your favourite TV Shows?
I loved the Afterlife series with Ricky Gervais. Also really enjoyed Cobra Kai.
What are you favourite movies?
My all time favourite movie is probably Shawshank Redemption, closely followed by Green Mile, but I also really enjoyed the Bond movies with Daniel Craig, and more recently Don’t Look Up.
